Returns Policy

At PrimeBookshelf, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, we’re here to help — with free returns for all 50 U.S. states.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated by emailing us at:
support@primebookshelf.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)

We’ll respond promptly and provide next steps.

Free Returns (USA Only)

We offer free returns for all orders shipped within the United States.

Eligible return reasons include:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Printing/manufacturing issues

  • Items that arrive in poor condition

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

No International Returns

We do not ship internationally; therefore, international returns are not accepted.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • No writing, markings, or wear caused after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know in your email request.

  • Gift cards

  • Books purchased from third-party sellers/marketplaces
